The goal is to facilitate competitions, workshops, and other events focused on ADR themes, providing guidance and support to students as they strive to achieve milestones in this field.

Our Speaker

Mr. Palash Taing, Manager at Tatva Legal, Hyderabad, specializes in developing customized and complex high-stakes litigation strategies for clients. His key areas of practice include litigation and alternative dispute resolution (“ADR”) with a focus on commercial litigation.

Mr. Palash has significant experience in advising clients with a business perspective and has experience in relation to legal advisory, commercial litigation, and Alternative Dispute Resolution (“ADR”) in various sectors with a key focus on the infrastructure including engineering, metro, ports, roads, railway, highways, waste management, airports among others.
