SBI Mutual Fund invites applications from young legal professionals for the post of Legal Officer/Assistant Manager Legal.

Online applications are invited from young professionals for the post of Legal Officer/Asst. Manager Legal.

Roles and responsibilities

The position will be responsible for providing legal support in documentation and litigation to the Funds Management and Portfolio Team and general corporate work. The role will also be responsible for working on:

General corporate agreements, IT Vendor contracts, Non-Disclosure Agreements and monitoring of key terms and conditions.
Drafting and reviewing documentation for credit deals, security creation and compliance.
Attend to litigations /client complaints. Coordination with external legal counsel on matters related to products and litigations.
Provide execution support and record keeping.

Eligibility

A degree in law from a reputed institution.
Be knowledgeable in the understanding of Marketing & IT contracts, funds business, and credit.
Strong Communication Skills, Drafting & Analytical Skills
Good Knowledge of Companies Act & Contract law
Meticulous attention to details
Time Management
Excellent written/verbal communication skills. Interpersonal, and teamwork skills are also important.
