Tata 1MG is looking to expand its legal department.
Eligibility
- Position: Sr. Executive/Sr. Associate- Legal.
- Experience: 2-3+ PQE.
Responsibility
- Drafting, Reviewing and Vetting of various agreements including but not limited to MSA, Service Agreement, NDA, Amendments, Addendum, Termination Letter.
- Research on laws applicable to the ongoing and/or upcoming business of the Company.
- Assist the business team in filing responses to various RFQ/RFP.
- Maintaining the database of the executed contracts.
