- Position: Sr. Executive/Sr. Associate- Legal
Eligibility
2-3+ PQE.
Responsibilities
- Drafting, Reviewing, and Vetting of various agreements including but not limited to MSA, Service Agreement, NDA, Amendments, Addendum, and Termination Letter.
- Research on laws applicable to the ongoing and/or upcoming business of the Company.
- Assist the business team in filing responses to various RFQ/RFP.
- Maintaining the database of the executed contracts.
