Eligibility

Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Law, Public Health, Public Policy, or allied disciplines 
At least 2 years of work experience in the fields of mental health, public health, law, and policy reform, social justice, and other allied fields 
Strong research skills in both qualitative and quantitative techniques
Proficiency in written English – academic and policy writing
Prior experience in communication, advocacy, and network building 
Proficiency in Hindi (verbal and written)

Responsibilities

Conduct research by collecting, collating, and analyzing existing data, metrics, and information on the mental health system in India
Develop and disseminate research outputs and publications (annual reports, briefs, newsletters, white papers, etc.)
Develop and maintain the IMHO website and data platforms
Develop linkages and coordinate with civil society organizations, policymakers, and other stakeholders as part of the IMHO’s institutional mechanism for collaborative research
Organise consultations and dissemination events at a national, state, and local level
