The Centre for Development of Advanced Computing is inviting applications for the post of Legal Officer, on or before July 26.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Effective and efficient handling of litigation matters including employees/contract labour related cases, arbitration matters, coordination with advocates and other agencies and institutions.
• Drafting and vetting of agreements, contract, policy documents, tenders, work order, petitions, suits and other legal commercial documents and industry specific instruments.
• Deal with labour and industrial laws in India.

Eligibility

• LL.M (Masters of Law) OR
• Two years Full Time MBA/LLB (Bachelor of Laws) OR
• Equivalent relevant professional qualification with 3 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Litigation matters including employees/contract labour related cases, Labour and Industrial Laws in India, arbitration matters.
• Drafting and vetting of Agreements, Contract, Policy Documents, Tenders, Work orders, Petitions, Suits and other legal commercial documents and industry specific instruments.

Salary

15.77 L/annum

Age Limit

• Candidates shall not be above 35 years of age.
• Age Relaxations applicable as per the Govt. of India norms.
