About the opportunity
Vinod Kothari & Company are actively looking for Qualified CS and/or lawyers (Freshers) and CS management trainees for:
– Mumbai Office (onsite)
– Bangalore location (WFH allowed as of now)
Eligibility
– Fundamental knowledge of important concepts in corporate laws is required (at least theory of it). Added advantage if you have basic knowledge of financial laws.
– Candidate should be able to join immediately.
– You will be interviewed basis what you write in your CV.
– We are mostly into advisory, transaction structuring, audits and compliance assessments. Hence sound technical knowledge is paramount.
