About the opportunity
Trilegal are looking to hire associates (A3/ A4) and senior associates from Tier 1 and Tier 2 firms. The candidates must have a good exposure in cross border M&A and PE transactions. Exposure to distressed asset acquisition under the IBC regime will be an additional advantage.
Location
Location can be either NCR or Mumbai – depending upon the preference of the candidate.
