Ultrahuman Raises USD 70 Million; Saga Legal Advises on Transaction
Ultrahuman, the healthtech company behind its smart ring and health intelligence ecosystem, founded by Mohit Kumar and Vatsal Singhal has raised USD 70 million in a fresh funding round, with participation from Qualcomm Ventures, Alpha Wave, Blume Ventures, Nexus Venture Partners, Alteria Capital and other investors.
Saga Legal advised Ultrahuman across the transaction on documentation, negotiations and execution of the investment. The team also assisted on the transaction process through closing, working closely with Ultrahuman’s legal team, including Abhilasha Bhatnagar (General Counsel) and Shashank Sharma (Senior Corporate Counsel).

The fresh capital will support Ultrahuman’s continued investment in research and development across sensing technologies, artificial intelligence, miniaturized electronics and health algorithms. The company also plans to expand its Blood Vision blood-testing offering and M1 continuous glucose monitoring platform across global markets.
The fundraise comes as Ultrahuman looks to broaden its platform beyond wearable devices and develop an integrated health intelligence ecosystem combining physiological, biochemical and environmental data. Its platform currently brings together data and insights from the Ultrahuman Ring, Blood Vision, continuous glucose monitoring, environmental sensors and software and AI-based tools.
Founded in 2019, Ultrahuman has raised more than USD 173 million to date and is backed by investors including Nexus Venture Partners, Steadview Capital, Blume Ventures and Premji Invest.
