About the Job
Inttl Advocare is inviting applications for the role of Trademark Prosecution Professional (Foreign Filings), offering exposure to international trademark portfolios and multi-jurisdictional work.
Eligibility
- PQE: 2–4 years
- Experience in trademark prosecution and foreign filings
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end foreign trademark filings (Paris Convention & Madrid Protocol)
- Coordinate with international associates for multi-jurisdictional matters
- Draft office action responses and advise on filing strategies
- Handle documentation (assignments, affidavits, POAs, consent letters)
- Conduct clearance searches and risk assessments
- Manage docketing, deadlines, and client communication
- Knowledge of neighbouring jurisdictions (SAARC region) is a plus
