About the Job

Remfry & Sagar is looking for an IP Attorney to join their trademark (Prosecution & Opposition) practice at our Gurugram office. The Firm offers a structured training and mentorship programme, excellent work-life balance and pay scales that are higher than industry benchmarks.

Eligibility

• Work Experience: 1-3 years of work experience in trademarks;
• Legal Skills: Strong understanding of trademarks law, including filing, prosecution, oppositions, and contentious matters;
• Research & Writing:   A flair for legal writing, including drafting articles and reports on trademark law developments;
• Analytical Ability: Strong research and analytical skills to assess legal risks and develop strategies for trademark protection;
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to work effectively in a team.
