Tinnuts is hiring. Position: Trademark Associate
Eligibility
- Experience: 3 years
- Qualifications: LLB (3 years or 5 years) with 3 – 5 years of PQE in the trademark department of an IP law firm.
- Experience in carrying out trademark searches, providing search opinions, advising on trademark filings, drafting responses to examination reports, drafting of notice of opposition, counter statements, and evidence, appearing before the Trade Marks Registry, drafting cancellation petitions, conducting due diligence, and related matters.
- Must be enrolled with the Bar Council of India/State Bar Councils.
Responsibilities
- Handling IP litigation, drafting and pleading IP commercial and civil suits.
- Work with domestic and international clientele on brand protection.
- Assisting seniors in allied matters.
