The Symbiosis Law Admission Test (SLAT) is a crucial entrance examination for aspiring law students after completing their 12th grade. Conducted by Symbiosis International (Deemed University), SLAT opens the gateway to admissions in the university’s prestigious 5-year integrated law programs. 

These programs are available across four esteemed law schools under the university’s umbrella: Symbiosis Law School (SLS) Pune, SLS Noida, SLS Hyderabad, and SLS Nagpur. Prospective students can choose from various integrated programs, including B.A. LL.B (Hons.), B.B.A. LL.B (Hons.), B.A. LL.B, and B.B.A LL.B.

**Please note that due to unforeseen circumstances, there might be changes in the exam schedule and format. The Symbiosis Law Admission Test (SLAT) could be held online, offline, or in a combination of both, depending on the decision of Symbiosis International (Deemed University).

SLAT 2024 Eligibility Criteria For B.A. LL.B / B.B.A LL.B

You can apply for SLAT 2024 if you passed your 12th-grade exam from a national or state board of education. You need at least 45% marks, or 40% if you’re from the SC/ST category. If you’re waiting for your 12th-grade results, you can still apply, but you’ll need to submit your passing certificate when you get admitted.

Symbiosis Law Programs – Overview

All four institutes offer two integrated undergraduate programs lasting five years each: B.A. LL.B (Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Legislative Laws) and B.B.A. LL.B (Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Legislative Laws).

Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Legislative Laws (B.A. LL.B)

This program emphasizes the connection between social sciences and law. It aims to make students aware of the complexities and issues in society, helping them become socially conscious lawyers. The curriculum covers the historical development of law, the influence of political factors on policies and laws, and the relationship between legislation and social problems.

Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Legislative Laws (B.B.A. LL.B)

Given the constantly changing economic landscape, there is a growing need for lawyers with multi-disciplinary skills. This program combines law studies with a core understanding of management and business. It aims to equip students with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in various opportunities in the competitive business world.

  • You can make changes in the registration form only till the closing date of registration – April 12, 2024 (Friday)
  • (Note: No changes in the city preferences and admission category will be entertained post the registration fee payment)Upload your latest scanned colour photo at the time of online registration. The photograph should not be more than 3 months old.
  • Ensure all information provided is accurate.

SLAT Application Form 2024 – Fee Structure

  • The registration fee for SLAT 2024 is INR 2250 /- This amount is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Along with the registration fee, you will also need to pay the program registration fee for each programme. The registration fee for programs is INR 1000/- (non-refundable and non-transferable)

SLAT 2024 – Admit Card

The admit card for SET Test 01 will be released on April 25, 2024 (Thursday), and for SET Test 02 on April 30, 2024 (Tuesday) on the official website. Candidates must take a color printout of the admit card and carry it to the exam hall. All details on the admit card should be correct. 

Additionally, candidates must carry a photo identity proof such as Passport, Driving License, Voter ID Card, Pan Card, or AADHAR Card (UID) for verification. An authorized person will verify the admit card against the photo ID on the day of the test. The authenticated admit card should be preserved for further ST-PI processes. If the authenticated admit card is lost, a duplicate will not be issued, so it should be retained until the admission process is complete.
