About the Speaker
Dr. Victor Alexandrovich Matchekhin is a leading expert in international and Russian tax law, with extensive experience in academia and professional practice. Dr. Matchekhin is an Associate Professor at Kutafin Moscow State Law University (MSAL), specializing in financial law. He holds a PhD in Law and contributes to the Department of Financial Law at MSAL. Currently, he serves as the Scientific Secretary of the Russian Branch of the International Fiscal Association (Ros-IFA) and Vice President of the International Fiscal Association (Netherlands). He is also a member of the Expert Council at the Federal Tax Service of Russia. Professor Matchekhin actively participates in international legal forums, sharing his expertise on topics related to tax law and financial regulation.
