About the Job
At UNGENDER, they work at the intersection of law, technology (GetConduct), and workplace safety. As they grow, they are looking for a senior operations leader to anchor their delivery excellence across POSH services.
This role will oversee everything from onboarding new clients to managing delivery through their network of External Members (EMs) and internal experts. It’s a role for someone who understands the weight of compliance, the nuance of stakeholder management, and the importance of quality in every POSH assignment we deliver.
Eligibility
- 5–7 years of experience in operations or delivery roles (legal/HR/compliance background preferred)
- Strong command over POSH law—both in theory and practice
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder assignments
- Excellent communication and people management skills
- A mindset of care, precision, and accountability
Responsibilities
- End-to-end client onboarding and relationship management
- Managing assignment delivery across internal and external POSH consultants
- Ensuring quality of inquiry and advisory work
- Leading capacity-building and training for our PoSH network
- Collaborating across legal, content, and product teams to scale our impact
