About the Job

Zebronics India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Senior Legal Executive to join its Legal team in Chennai. The role involves handling commercial contracts, litigation, regulatory matters, Legal Metrology compliance and day-to-day legal advisory.

Eligibility

• LL.B./LL.M. with 3–5 years of relevant post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Experience in commercial contracts and general legal matters.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, legal research and analytical skills.
• A practical and business-oriented approach with good coordination skills.
• Fluency in English, Hindi and Tamil.
• Candidates based in Chennai will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate and manage contracts, NDAs, agreements and other legal documents.
• Handle litigation, legal notices, disputes, claims and regulatory matters.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel and internal business teams.
• Provide day-to-day legal advice and identify contractual and legal risks.
• Handle Legal Metrology matters, including packaging, labelling and declarations.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions, notices and replies.
• Maintain legal records, contracts, trackers and case documentation.
