About the Job

UJA Global Advisory is looking for a Senior Legal Associate to join its legal advisory team at Magarpatta, Pune.

Eligibility

LL.B., B.A. LL.B. or B.B.A. LL.B. from a recognised university.
3–5 years of post-qualification experience in a law firm, legal consulting firm or corporate legal function.
Experience in commercial contracts, corporate advisory, labour law, IP, M&A, due diligence or transaction support is preferred.
Strong legal drafting, research, analytical and communication skills.
Excellent English. Marathi will be an added advantage.
Ability to manage multiple assignments, deadlines and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Draft, review, negotiate and vet commercial, corporate and transactional agreements.
Prepare legal notices, opinions, advisory notes and correspondence.
Support legal due diligence and transaction assignments.
Advise on corporate, commercial, employment and labour, IP, data privacy and regulatory matters.
Draft and review policies, SOPs and compliance documents.
Conduct legal and regulatory research and prepare client updates.
Manage contracts, documentation and compliance processes.
Coordinate with clients, external counsel and internal stakeholders.
Mentor junior team members and ensure quality deliverables.
