About the Job

Pristyn Care is hiring for the position of Senior Legal Associate at its Gurgaon office. The selected candidate will contribute to the company’s legal, contractual, litigation, and compliance functions by managing legal matters and providing business-oriented legal solutions.

Eligibility

An LL.B. degree is mandatory.
Candidates must have 2–5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
Strong experience in corporate and commercial law, contract management, and litigation is required.
Candidates with experience in healthcare, hospitals, multinational corporations (MNCs), corporate organisations, or established law firms will be preferred.
A Company Secretary (CS) qualification will be an added advantage.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial and business agreements.
Managing litigation, disputes, and time-sensitive legal matters.
Providing legal advisory services and regulatory compliance support.
Coordinating with external counsel, government authorities, and internal stakeholders.
Identifying legal risks and developing practical, business-oriented solutions.
