About the Job

EOS Chambers of Law is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Associate specializing in Civil or/and Criminal Litigation to join their esteemed legal team. If you have a strong background in handling civil disputes, criminal, property matters, contract enforcement, and constitutional law you can apply.

Eligibility

• 5-6 years of experience in Civil Litigation, Criminal Litigation & Dispute Resolution.   (Minimum 4-5 enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi)
• Specialization: Civil Litigation, Dispute Resolution & Criminal Litigation
• LLB from a recognized university (LLM is a plus).
• Strong expertise in property disputes, contracts, injunctions, and constitutional law.
• Excellent advocacy skills with the ability to handle cases independently.
• Proficiency in legal drafting, case analysis, and court procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and work in a fast-paced legal environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in civil/criminal litigation cases before the Supreme Court, High Courts, District Courts, and Tribunals.
• Handle disputes related to property laws, contracts, inheritance, real estate, and constitutional matters.
• Draft and review pleadings, legal notices, petitions, and contracts.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and provide strategic legal advice to clients.
• Assist in mediation, arbitration, and out-of-court settlements.
• Coordinate with junior associates and oversee case preparations.
