About the Job
Lenskart is seeking a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Legal to join its legal team. The role involves handling commercial contracts, business advisory work, governance-related matters, and supporting key business initiatives across the organisation. The selected candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders on contract negotiations, strategic partnerships, compliance issues, and new business opportunities.

Eligibility
- LL.B. degree (3-year or 5-year programme).
- 2–5 years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong experience in commercial contracts and legal advisory.
- Exposure to corporate governance and compliance matters.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, consumer technology, start-ups, or similar fast-paced environments will be preferred.
- Prior law firm experience will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts.
- Provide legal advisory support to business teams.
- Assist in corporate governance and compliance-related matters.
