Eligibility
- Minimum 4-5 years of post-qualification experience
- Significant experience in handling M&A and VC transactions
- Work experience in a law firm is mandatory
Responsibilities
- Structuring transactions
- Drafting & negotiating term sheets, share agreements, and other key legal documents
- Conducting legal & compliance due diligence for startups
- Overseeing closing formalities
