Senior Associate / Principal Associate / Associate Partner for Banking & Finance domain.

Eligibility

• Experience in handling and dealing the finance transaction for term loans and working capital loans for PSU’s/ financial institutions and banks.
• Solution-oriented in accordance with the laws and prevailing market standard practices.
• Knowledge of the latest regulatory norms including recent judgments.
• Diligent in conducting corporate due diligence as well as project diligence.
• Well-versed in providing opinions related to the enforceability of financing documents and pre-commitments & pre-disbursement conditions.
• Deeper understanding and ability to advise on stamp duty-related aspects.
• Should have experience in coordinating with foreign legal counsel (if any) involved in the financial transaction.
• Should have the potential and capacity to build and retain clients.
• Independent client dealing including all stakeholders involved in the transaction.
• Drafting & negotiating the transaction documents with an ability to understand the complex transaction.
• PQE: 3-10 Years
