About the Job

Vaish Associates is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Associate with 3–5 years of relevant post-qualification experience to join its Direct Tax (Transfer Pricing) Practice in New Delhi.

Eligibility

• Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Law graduate from a reputed institute will be preferred
• 3 to 5 years of post-qualification experience in Transfer Pricing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong presentation and documentation skills
• Effective interpersonal and client-handling abilities
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Strong professional network and relationship-building capabilities

Responsibilities

• Preparation and filing of forms in compliance with the transfer pricing regulation
• Preparing TP studies, search of comparable companies from databases and undertaking benchmarking of various transactions
• Preparation of appeals to be filed before the Tribunal / CIT(A); Objections before the Dispute Resolution Panel (DRP)
• Preparing replies/submissions in response to notices issued by the Transfer Pricing Officer
• Review and preparation of the monthly newsletter on transfer pricing updates
• Prepare presentations on transfer pricing issues and team training for internal office meets
