About the Job

Vaish Associates Advocates is looking for a Senior Associate – M&A (Direct Tax) to join its team in New Delhi. The position requires candidates with experience in M&A deals and strong knowledge of tax and corporate provisions.

Eligibility

Candidates should be Chartered Accountants and law graduates from a premier law college. Applicants should have 4–6 years of post-qualification experience, with exposure to M&A deals and good knowledge of tax and corporate provisions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research.
• Draft presentations on various structuring options proposed to clients.
• Draft opinions on contemporary tax issues.
• Work effectively with MS Office.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations.

Skills and Competencies

Candidates should possess excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills, good interpersonal abilities, and strong networking skills. Applicants should also be good team players.
