About the Job

Vaish Associates Advocates is hiring a senior Associate M&A (Direct Tax)

Eligibility

• Experience: Candidate should have post-qualification experience of 4 to 6 years.
• Exposure to M&A deals with good knowledge of Tax and Corporate provisions is a must.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• A good team player.
• Possess strong networking skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research.
• Drafting of presentations for various structuring options proposed to the clients.
• Drafting of opinions on contemporary tax issues.
• Well-versed in MS Office
• Should have hands-on experience in making PowerPoint presentations
