About the Job

Maheshwari & Co. is inviting applications for the position of Senior Associate with 3–4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE). The position is full-time and based in Delhi.

Eligibility

• Law graduates with an LL.B. or equivalent degree from a recognised university.
• Enrollment with any Bar Council.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with modern legal research tools such as SCC and Manupatra.
• In-depth knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and legal procedures in India.

Responsibilities

• Assist in handling cases from inception through to resolution.
• Ensure meticulous attention to detail while handling cases.
