About the Job
Maheshwari & Co. is inviting applications for the position of Senior Associate with 3–4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE). The position is full-time and based in Delhi.
Eligibility
- Law graduates with an LL.B. or equivalent degree from a recognised university.
- Enrollment with any Bar Council.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with modern legal research tools such as SCC and Manupatra.
- In-depth knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and legal procedures in India.
Responsibilities
- Assist in handling cases from inception through to resolution.
- Ensure meticulous attention to detail while handling cases.
