About the Job
Core Sync is currently looking to onboard high-calibre lawyers for the Corporate M&A practice with a leading and reputed law firm in Mumbai.
Eligibility
- 2019 / 2020 / 2021 qualified lawyers
- Strong exposure to M&A, Private Equity, Venture Capital, and General
- Transaction structuring, due diligence & deal execution
- Drafting & negotiation of transaction documents (SPA, SHA, SSA, etc.)
- Exposure to cross-border transactions & regulatory frameworks
- Strong client handling & communication skills
