About the Job
Commvault is hiring a Senior Associate – Global Employment Law to join its global legal (Trust) team. This role offers exposure to multi-jurisdictional employment law matters in a fast-paced, international environment.
Eligibility
- LL.B. from a recognized university
- 3–5 years of post-qualification experience
- Strong experience in employment and labour law (law firm/in-house)
- Strong research, drafting, and communication skills
- Exposure to global or multi-jurisdictional employment law (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on employment and labour law matters
- Draft and review employment agreements, policies, and templates
- Conduct cross-jurisdictional legal research and prepare summaries
- Monitor global legal developments in employment laws
- Support compliance initiatives and HR-related legal matters
- Assist in handling employment disputes and coordinating with external counsel
- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders globally
