Eligibility

• Minimum 4-5 years of post-qualification experience
• Significant experience in handling M&A and VC transactions

Responsibilities

• Drafting & negotiating term sheets, share agreements, and other key legal documents
• Conducting legal & compliance due diligence for startups
• Overseeing closing formalities
