About the Job

SR Legal is inviting applications for the position of (1) one Senior Associate and the position of (1) one Associate to join our growing litigation and disputes practice. We are a boutique law firm specialising in commercial disputes, ADRs, corporate litigation, insolvency, white-collar crimes, and allied legal services. 

Eligibility

• Senior Associate: 4–5 years PQE in litigation
• Associate: 1–2 years PQE in litigation
• Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills
• Experience in commercial disputes, insolvency, or white-collar matters preferred
• Ability to handle filings, client communication, and court appearances
• Proactive and detail-oriented approach

Responsibilities

• Manage matters before trial courts, High Courts, NCLT, and tribunals
• Draft pleadings, petitions, applications, and research notes
• Assist in case strategy and preparation
• Appear before courts and tribunals
• Coordinate with clients and maintain case records
• Mentor junior team members where required
