About the Opportunity

Satyanveshi 2.0 is a National Moot Court Competition aimed at fostering legal skills, analytical thinking, and advocacy expertise among law students. It presents a unique opportunity to argue contemporary legal issues before esteemed judges and legal professionals.

Theme

The competition revolves around gender equality, legal rights, and judicial interpretation in the context of laws concerning domestic violence, alimony, and due process under the Constitution.

Eligibility

Open to all law students currently enrolled in 3-year or 5-year LL.B. programs from recognized law schools/universities in India.

Each institution can send only one team consisting of three members (two speakers and one researcher).
