About the Job

DISCO is seeking a Review Team Lead to support and manage document review teams while leveraging AI-driven workflows to improve review efficiency and quality. The role involves overseeing reviewers, implementing quality control processes, analyzing dataset trends, and collaborating with clients to deliver effective and cost-efficient review outcomes.

Eligibility

• 5–7 years of document review experience at:
  • A law firm;
  • An in-house legal department;
  • A consulting firm; or
  • A managed review provider.
• Minimum 4 years of quality control experience on managed review projects.
• Experience with one or more review platforms, including:
  • DISCO
  • Relativity
  • Everlaw
  • Axcelerate
  • Similar document review platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong understanding of artificial intelligence capabilities and applications.

Responsibilities

Review Team Management and Collaboration

• Serve as the primary point of contact for review teams during DISCO Managed Review projects.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and address issues impacting reviewer and client satisfaction.
• Analyze dataset trends, identify potential issues, and implement appropriate solutions.
• Recommend and implement AI-driven workflow improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce review costs.

Documentation and Communication

• Maintain and improve review documentation, including review protocols, status reports, and training materials.
• Provide guidance and feedback to review teams to ensure quality and efficiency.

Quality Control and Talent Development

• Implement review and quality control workflows.
• Manage quality assurance, reviewer training, and query resolution processes.
• Support talent development and continuous improvement initiatives.

Client Engagement and Service Orientation

• Collaborate with clients to understand challenges and provide technology-driven solutions.
• Monitor operational, cost, efficiency, and quality metrics and recommend process improvements.
