Job Opening: Research Associate- Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Parliamentary Party. Start Date: 15th December 2024/1st January 2025 (to be conveyed after selection)

Eligibility

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in parliamentary procedures and drafting.
  • Ex-LAMPs preferred.
  • Strong research, drafting, and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
  • Must commit to a minimum tenure of one year after joining.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate communication and coordination between the offices of the 12 YSRCP MPs in Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha, ensuring smooth operational workflows.
  • Conduct research on legislative matters, track bills and debates, and assist in drafting speeches, reports, letters, and policy briefs for party leadership.
  • Handle day-to-day parliamentary coordination tasks, including filing, grouping of documents, statistical monitoring of balloting, and assisting with procedural matters.
  • Prepare daily briefings, summaries, and other materials required for parliamentary proceedings.

Working Hours

  • Intersession: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM or as required
  • During Session: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM/until both Houses adjourn and preparations for the next day are complete
  • Full-time, 5 days a week

Salary

₹50,000 per month

Location

Room No. 5, YSRC Party Office, Samvidhan Sadan
