About the Job
Metalegal Advocates is looking for associates to join our team for economic offences and matrimonial laws.
Eligibility
Qualified advocate (LLB) with <1-year relevant PQE OR fresh law graduate with relevant internship experience.
Responsibilities
Work Profile for Economic Offences and Matrimonial Laws team – The engagement would primarily involve:
- Advising the clients on matters pertaining to Criminal and Civil Litigation, Matrimonial Law, and Tax Law
- Drafting and reviewing petitions, agreements, MoUs, appeals and other such related documents,
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, advisories and other such related documents,
- Handling multiple case scenarios pertaining to matrimonial and economic offences
- Handholding the clients through litigations, meditation proceedings, and/or general advisory (including drafting pleadings, replies, appeals, petitions etc. before various forums)
- Researching and writing articles/white papers, etc.
There would be opportunities to represent the clients before various forums from time to time, based on experience in the case as well as law.

Retainership Fee
Rs. 30,000/- per month.
Location
New Delhi.
