Rajani Associates advised Associated Power Structures Private Limited (APSPL) and its promoters in connection with the acquisition of a 55% stake in APSPL by Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited through a combination of primary and secondary transactions.
The transaction was valued at approximately INR 1,225 crore and was completed on June 18, 2026.
