Open Positions
1. Principal Associate
- Experience: 6–8 years PQE
- Strong exposure to corporate/M&A transactions and execution
2. Partner Designate
- Experience: 9–12 years PQE
- Ability to independently lead and close transactions (portable book preferred)
Eligibility
- Experience in corporate advisory, M&A, and transaction execution
- Exposure to investment banking interface, risk management, and contract negotiation
- Understanding of anti-corruption compliance and corporate strategy
- Court practitioners with relevant commercial experience may also apply
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute corporate and M&A transactions
- Conduct due diligence and risk assessment
- Draft, review, and negotiate transaction and commercial documents
- Advise on corporate, regulatory, and compliance matters
- Manage client relationships and coordinate with advisors
- Mentor team members and contribute to practice development
