About the Opportunity

Foresight Law Offices India is inviting applications for Principal Associate and Partner Designate roles in its Corporate Practice, offering leadership opportunities in high-value transactions and advisory work.

Open Positions

1. Principal Associate

• Experience: 6–8 years PQE
• Strong exposure to corporate/M&A transactions and execution

2. Partner Designate

• Experience: 9–12 years PQE
• Ability to independently lead and close transactions (portable book preferred)

Eligibility

• Experience in corporate advisory, M&A, and transaction execution
• Exposure to investment banking interface, risk management, and contract negotiation
• Understanding of anti-corruption compliance and corporate strategy
• Court practitioners with relevant commercial experience may also apply

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute corporate and M&A transactions
• Conduct due diligence and risk assessment
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction and commercial documents
• Advise on corporate, regulatory, and compliance matters
• Manage client relationships and coordinate with advisors
• Mentor team members and contribute to practice development
