Chhattisgarh Civil Judge Exam Previous Year Question Papers

Recently, vacancies for the Chhattisgarh Civil Judge (Entry Level) for the year 2022 have been notified by the State Government of Chhattisgarh. Chhattisgarh PSC Civil Judge (Entry Level) Exam is conducted by Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission (CGPSC) every year.

Chhattisgarh Judicial Service Exam 2022: Exam Pattern

The Chhattisgarh Civil Judge (Entry Level) Exam is conducted in three stages namely Preliminary, Mains & Viva-voce. The details regarding these stages of the exam are as follows:

Preliminary Examination

1. The Prelims Question Paper Examination shall consist of Objective type questions.
2. There will be 100 questions for 100 marks (1mark Each) with no negative marking.
3. Time Duration shall be 2 hours to attempt the paper.
4. Candidates qualifying the Prelims Exams shall be eligible to appear for Mains Examination.

Mains Examination

1. Mains Examination shall be conducted in descriptive answer writing format with 3 hours allotted for answer writing.
2. The Mains Exam question paper shall be conducted for 100 marks (In Total).

4. Framing of issues & Judgment Writing in Civil Cases – (40 Marks)
5. Framing of charges & Judgment Writing in Criminal Cases- (40 Marks)
6. Translation:
7. English to Hindi (10 Marks)
8. Hindi to English (10 Marks)

Viva-Voce

Those candidates who clear Mains Exams shall be called for Viva-voce which constitutes 15 Marks in Total. The final merit will be prepared on the basis of the marks attained by the candidates in the main examination & viva-voce.
