Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in policy analysis, risk management, or a similar role, preferably in the banking industry.
• Strong knowledge of consumer protection laws and regulations, particularly in the Indian context.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to identify risks and develop practical solutions.
• Proficiency in policy writing and documentation.
• Experience in conducting risk assessments and developing risk mitigation strategies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and regulatory developments.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyse industry trends, regulations, and best practices to support policy development and updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and align policies accordingly.
• Develop and document policies and procedures in a clear and implementable manner.
• Conduct periodic reviews of existing policies to identify gaps and ensure continued compliance.
• Provide guidance and training to internal stakeholders on policy implementation and interpretation.
• Monitor regulatory developments and ensure that internal policies remain aligned with current requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments and identify vulnerabilities in consumer-facing processes and systems.
• Work closely with the legal team to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Prepare policy-related reports and recommendations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Support the implementation of new policies and procedures and address related queries.
