About Amita Dhanda
Amita Dhanda is an Indian academician and activist. She is a Professor of Law, at NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad. She was appointed as a member of the strong 14- Member National Advisory Council for the implementation of the RTE act in 2010. She is also on the Academic Council of Tamil Nadu National Law School.
About the internship
The internship comprises assisting in the revision of NS Bindra’s book ‘Interpretation of Statutes’ (2017).Work entails preparing extensive case briefs for key judicial judgments made since the last edition, as well as updating tables to include routine rulings.
