About the opportunity

We are inviting applications for the position of Legal Intern. To be responsible as a member of the legal department of the company with the primary role of contract management.

Key Responsibilities

· Contract Metadata Abstraction
· Legal Research
· Contract Research
· Assisting in Contract Management implementation
· Assisting Legal Team in day-to-day activities

Skills & Attributes

·      Legal knowhow of Contract and Contractual terms
·      Skills to prepare reports and MIS
·      Ability to understand pre-execution and post-execution processes of contracts

Qualification

·      3rd Year and 4th Year students of reputed law colleges

Internship Location

Gurgaon (Only for candidates whose current location is Delhi NCR)

Selection Procedure

•     Candidates with the required skills and eligibility will be required to appear for an interview

Stipend

As per industry standards.
