About the Internship
They are looking for 2 interns for three months of assessment internship and shall be offered an opportunity to work as an associate after the successful completion of the internship.
Eligibility
- Candidate must have experience in IPR.
- Candidate must possess an interest in the area of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR).
- Extensive research skills.
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Responsibilities
- Researches related to civil and commercial law especially on matters related to Trademark, Copyright, Designs, Domain names/Cybersquatting, Digital counterfeiting & infringement, E-commerce IPR violations, Information technology, False advertising, Disparagement/Defamation and privacy issues, and issues with respect to labeling, packaging, Legal metrology and FSSAI.
- To assist in the court.
- To assist in drafting.
- All other auxiliary tasks.
Duration Of Internship
3 Months.
Stipend
Based on Performance.
Location
East of Kailash, New Delhi.
