Nirma University was established in 2003 as a statutory university under Gujarat State Act, and as an initiative of the Nirma Education & Research Foundation (NERF). The university has been recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) under Section 2(f) of the UGC Act.

About the Opportunity

CCLMS and CIPR are research centres at the Institute of Law, Nirma University that are continuously working towards promoting research activities and stimulation of knowledge towards contemporary matters in the field of Competition Law and Intellectual Property Rights.

The Conference will have two panels on the following topics :

Panel 1:Interplay of IPR and Exclusive Distribution Agreement (11:00 AM- 12:00 PM)

Panel 2: Jurisdictional Conflict between CCI and IP Sector Regulator (1:30- 2:30 PM)
