About The NIRMA University

About the Arbitration conclave
The Centre for ADR is hosting Arbitration Conclave with Prof. Dr. Kaj Hober, Lawyer at Mannerheim Swartling Advokatbyra AB, and Mr. Lalit Bhasin, President of the Bar Association of India, Managing Partner at Bhasin and Company.
Theme
The session is on the topic ‘ Mechanism of Appeal in Investment Arbitration & Role of National Court in Investment Arbitration’. The session will be held through Webex.
