Research papers are invited for a two days National Conference on “Constitutional Law of India: Immerging Issues & Challenges.”
In collaboration with VMSB Uttarakhand Technical University, Dehradun (Uttarakhand State Govt University) the Siddhartha Law College, Dehradun is conducting a two-day National Conference on “Constitutional Law of India: Immerging Issues & Challenges”, on April 15th and 16th, 2023.
Theme
“Constitutional Law of India: Emerging Issues and Challenges”
India has been a democratic society, the Constitution of India has tried to understand all the diversities of India. It has provided such provisions to ensure good governance, but in the changing economic, social and political environment, some new issues and challenges are being faced by the Indian polity.
Challenges have been presented that the constitution is ready to face, but there is a need for deep thinking and debate on them, for without debate reliable solution to new challenges is not possible. The college will organize a national seminar with the aim of raising these challenges and issues through a brainstorming session and having an intellectual reflection on them.

Publication Fee
The publication is proposed in a book with ISBN number publication charges ₹ 500 for Single Author, and ₹ 300 for two or more authors.
