About the Opportunity

This edition of the Moot Court Competition focuses on Social Practice. The competition aims to foster critical thinking and practical legal skills. It provides a platform for meaningful dialogue on Social Practice. Eligibility Students enrolled in three‑year LL.B., integrated five‑year LL.B. and LL.M. programmes in the current academic year; no limitation of teams per institution , first‑come, first‑served basis.

• Commencement of Provisional Registration, Release of Moot Problem and Rulebook: 1st December,2025
• Last Date of Registration and Payment: 11th January, 2026
• Last Date of Seeking Clarifications: 20th January, 2026
• Submission of Memorial: Soft Copy 25th January, 2026
• Submission of Memorial: Hard Copy 30th January, 2026
• Draw of Lots: 5th February, 2026
• Researcher’s Test: 5th February, 2026
• Preliminary Rounds and Quarter Final Round: 6th February, 2026
• Semi-Final, Final And Valedictory Ceremony: 7th February, 2026

1200/- per team

Awards

• The Winning team will be awarded with Cash Prize of INR 11,000/- along with a Trophy and Certificate of Merit.
• The Runners-Up team will be awarded with Cash Prize of INR 9,000/- along with a Trophy and Certificate of Merit.
• The Best Memorial will be awarded with Cash Prize of INR 5,000/- along with a Medal and Certificate of Merit.
• The Best Speaker will be awarded with Cash Prize of INR 5,000/- along with a Medal and Certificate of Merit. The Best Researcher will be awarded with Cash Prize of INR 5,000/- along with a Medal and Certificate of Merit⁠
• Certificate of Participation will be awarded to each and every participant.

Last Date to Register

Teams must register themselves latest by 11th January, 2026.
