About the Competition and Theme

The present moot problem revolves around the legal and regulatory challenges posed by the establishment of a large-scale data processing facility by Tech Horizon Rad Solutions Ltd. (THRSL) in the ecologically sensitive region of Kriti, within the State of Garu. The case highlights key concerns related to environmental sustainability, data privacy, and corporate accountability.
