Mindspright Legal Advises Adisoft Technologies Limited on Rs 74.10 Crore IPO

Adisoft Technologies Limited, an industrial digital automation solutions provider based in Pune, Maharashtra, issued 43,08,000 equity shares of face value ₹10 each as part of the offering.
