Eligibility

Candidates with any of the following qualifications may apply: LL.B.

Responsibilities

Periodically reviewing, monitoring, and updating compliance requirements issued by regulators under applicable Acts, Rules, Regulations, Circulars, emails, and letters.
Coordinating with other departments to obtain periodic compliance confirmations.
Assisting senior officials during pre- and post-regulatory inspections, coordinating with departments to obtain relevant responses, reviewing them, and preparing draft replies.
Submitting responses to regulatory queries and other directives within prescribed timelines.
Preparing periodic reports for submission to the regulator.
