About the Job

Asahi Legal is expanding its disputes and litigation practice and is seeking Litigation Associates to join its team in Mumbai. The firm is hiring Litigation Associates with 0–3 years of litigation experience. The role offers significant responsibility from an early stage, including meaningful court exposure, mentorship, and opportunities to develop litigation skills across multiple forums.

Eligibility

Candidates should have:

• 0–3 years of experience in litigation.
• An interest in, or willingness to develop expertise in, matters before the NCLT, City Civil Court, arbitral tribunals, and the High Court.

Responsibilities

Selected candidates will be expected to:

• Assist in litigation matters across various forums, including the NCLT, City Civil Court, arbitral tribunals, and the High Court.
• Undertake legal drafting and research work.
• Participate in courtroom proceedings and litigation strategy.
