About the Job

TLA India is looking for a Litigation Associate (3–5 years PQE) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in labour and employment law, while also being eager to work on corporate and commercial disputes. This role offers exposure to complex litigation and cross-practice collaboration within the firm.

Eligibility

• LL.B. from a recognized university with 3–5 years of post-qualification experience.
• Prior experience in litigation and a demonstrated interest in labour and employment law.
• Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle multiple matters independently while coordinating with internal teams.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients before High Courts, Labour Courts, Tribunals, and other judicial/quasi-judicial bodies.
• Draft pleadings, written statements, legal opinions, and submissions for diverse litigation matters.
• Manage and assist in employment, commercial, contractual, and regulatory disputes.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and contribute to strategic case planning.
• Collaborate with other practice areas and senior counsel to deliver holistic client solutions.
