About the Job
Lawmen Alliance is looking for a dedicated and passionate Litigation Associate to join their team in New Delhi. This is a full-time, on-site role that requires a strong commitment to litigation and a zeal for courtroom practice.
Eligibility
LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
Responsibilities
- Independently brief Senior Counsels.
- Appear before District Courts and other tribunals.
- Monitor compliance with court orders.
- Track cases through court systems.
- Draft pleadings.
- Assist during hearings.
